“Going into Middle School or High School, you will be funny, or you will be sexual.”

Emily. 15. In love with everything SNL, 30 Rock, Tina Fey, Amy Poehler, Kristen Wiig, Seth Meyers, Will Arnett and NBC. I want to work in comedy when I grow up and live in New York City and be the second female headwriter of SNL. But in the other words, D'Fwan...glue in the business weave.

"We made the final decision that [Leslie] would win two weeks before we shot [the season finale]. But there were various times throughout the year when we were like, ‘Okay, she’s going to lose.’ And we were searching actively for the way that we would craft the story to make it not a super-huge bummer that she lost. It was obviously the biggest question of the whole year. I talked to Amy about it probably 30 times and we talked in the writers’ room another 100, and we convinced ourselves of both versions many times over. But once we knew that her friends were going to help her in the Christmas episode, I became more and more convinced that the end of that story had to be that she wins. The spirit of that Christmas episode was basically the end of It’s a Wonderful Life, and it just felt to me that once you were on a path of coming from that kind of emotional place, the idea of an arc beginning that way and ending in disappointment seemed inappropriate. As soon as we started the story that way — where all of her friends decide to put their lives on hold and pitch in to help her achieve her goal — it seemed like, ‘Man, she should really achieve that goal.’ If the end of It’s a Wonderful Life had been that he’s penniless and throws himself in the river, that would’ve been kind of a bummer."

Here are some reasons why the People Magazine’s 100 Most Beautiful People issue from 2009 was the greatest of all time… :)

screw it, i'm gonna try to do it anyway: Around this point in the interview, Nick Offerman bursts into Scott’s...

Around this point in the interview, Nick Offerman bursts into Scott’s trailer.

Offerman: Adam, thank you so much for the acid — oh! Feigns surprise upon seeing a reporter, the same reporter he had spoken to moments ago.

Scott: It’s fine. We’re on LSD right now.

Offerman: I meant the acid…

"You never know what’s around the corner unless you peak. Hold someone’s hand while you do it, you’ll feel less scared. You can’t do this alone. Besides, it’s much more fun to succeed and fail with other people, you can blame them when things go wrong. Take your risks now, as you grow older you become more fearful and less flexible. Try to keep your mind open to possibilities and mouth closed on matters that you don’t know about. Limit your ‘always’ and your ‘never’s. Continue to share your heart with people, even if it’s been broken. When you feel scared, hold someone’s hand and look into their eyes. And when you feel brave, do the same thing."

"I guess we (Adam and Amy) just started working together and I loved working with her immediately. So I always felt very comfortable with Amy and she’s obviously hilarious. I mean, I think she’s, aside from hilarious, she’s one of the best actresses alive so I immediately felt so lucky to be there. I was so comfortable and thrilled that I got to do this."

— Ron, for the last six months, my friends have worked so hard. Every five minute coffee break at work, every night, every weekend, every spare moment of their lives, they gave to me. If I lose, I’ll never forgive myself. You deserve the win.— We didn’t volunteer to help you because we wanted to wrap ourselves in personal glory. We did it because we… Care. About you. You had a dream, and we wanted to support your dream. That’s what you do when you care about someone. You support them, win, lose, or draw.
